Altered is an innovative TCG which offers a new, refreshing approach to both competitive and casual players. Set in a universe of rich lore and visual design (influenced by Miyazaki's work and Dixit-like illustrations), this game is about exploring a new, reshaped Earth after a mysterious event, the Confluence, profoundly altered it.

What really lies at the heart of this revolution is a ton of expertly tailored details a new rarity system, deep evolving lore, innovative game mechanisms and design and a phygital experience that comes along with its myriad of life-quality improvements, both for the players, tournaments organizers and store owners alike.

Included in each Altered TCG Starter Deck:

  • 40 playable cards (1 hero, 31 commons, 8 rares)
  • 6 token cards
  • 5 adventure cards
  • 2 player aid cards
  • 1 foiler card
  • 1 new player card
  • 15 markers
  • 1 paper playmat
  • 1 rulebook.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on sealed TCG product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on TCG sealed product at the risk of the items being tampered with. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or store credit will be applied to your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
